No. The price you see includes the holiday home and its private plot. Annual site fees cover your pitch, maintenance, and access to all park facilities. We’ll give you a full breakdown of all costs upfront so there are no surprises.
Yes, holiday letting is available at Ty Craig. Many of our owners choose to let their homes during peak periods to offset running costs. We’re happy to discuss the options with you.
Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome at Ty Craig at no extra cost. We know they’re part of the family, and our park’s countryside setting is perfect for walks and exploring together.
